How tree removal prices are determined
Tree companies price the crew time, equipment and risk needed to dismantle the tree safely. Height and trunk diameter indicate the amount of wood. Access determines whether a bucket truck, crane or chipper can get close. Buildings, fences and utility lines can require slower rigging.
What may be included?
A quote should say whether it includes cutting, lowering limbs, chipping brush, hauling logs, cleanup and stump grinding. Stump removal is usually separate from basic tree removal.
